“ I shall have to go back to almost every restaurant I've reviewed in Aguascalientes to take away at least one star so that Sato can shine that much brighter. I never dreamed that a restaurant in Aguas could have such attentive service and excellent food. Every detail was perfect, save for the bartender not having simple syrup on hand for the mojitos-- but I didn't come for the drinks! Cannot wait to try more offerings. The crab cakes were a good indication of the quality that awaited us in the shrimp tempura and we were not disappointed. It was fantastic! ”
“ The sushi and service was very good. Fish portions were generous (see photos) and priced very fairly. The nigiri sushi was extremely tasty, not fishy, and seemed fresh. (All tasted as each should and fish was not mushy or suffering the effects of being previously frozen) The restaurant was clean and I was not worried about eating raw fish at this establishment. (I have and will walk out of a restaurant after looking around) The only knock i can give the staff at Soto is for the 'sake upsell.' - My advice to you is to make sure you know what you are paying for anything not specifically listed on the menu. ”

“ The best sushi I've ever had! Apparently they are recognized by the government of Japan as having genuine products imported from Japan and it shows in the quality of their sushi. They also have American Certified Angus beef that just melts in your mouth. Truly impressed with this restaurant and it's one of my spots to take people that are visiting me from outside of the city. ”
